International attendees traveling to the United States for ICFRM-23 may require either ESTA authorization or a U.S. B-1/B-2 business visa, depending on their country of citizenship.
Visa Waiver Program (ESTA)
Visitors from countries participating in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (VWP) should apply for ESTA authorization before travel.

ESTA approval may take up to 72 hours. Attendees are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
B-1/B-2 Visa Applicants
Visitors who do not qualify for the Visa Waiver Program should apply for a U.S. B-1/B-2 business visa (nonimmigrant) through their local U.S. embassy or consulate.

Visa appointment availability and processing times vary by country. Attendees are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible.
Visa Support Letters
Attendees applying for a U.S. visa are encouraged to request a visa support letter from ICFRM-23. Visa support letters may also be requested by attendees traveling under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA).

Visa support letters will be prepared from the submitted information and provided as PDF documents by email.
Please allow at least 10 business days for processing.
If additional/missing information or corrections are needed, attendees may be contacted before the letter is issued.
